To secure a booking, we require a 50% deposit and the balance 7 days before arrival.

We do not have credit card facilities and we do not accept cash or cheques.

We reserve the right to retain the deposit as a cancellation fee. No refund for premature departure.

Braaiwood can be bought on the farm at R20.00 per bag and R10.00 per log - Subject to availability. Bring your own to avoid disappointment. ICE can be bought at R10 for 2 bags of ice.

No Smoking in units / rooms

Our Cottages: are equipped to accommodate a maximum of 4 people per cottage – a maximum of 2 adults and a maximum of 2 kids per cottage.
No cooking facilities inside cottage. The cottages are equipped with microwave, kettle and toaster.
Braai facilities outside the main house – equipped with pots, pans and 2-plate stove,  as well as braai facilities at each cottage. 

There is a double bed in each cottage with two single beds, only suitable to children under 16.
We honour your child as a person, and children are therefore counted, irrespective of age.

Our Lodge Rooms: are equipped to accommodate a maximum of 2 people per room. The rooms each have 2 single beds.

Guests are not allowed to entertain day visitors or overnighters.

Units are not serviced during your stay, basic cleaning material and equipment are provided.
Cleaning can be arranged at the following rates:
       R20/ room, R20/cottage and R50 for the Lodge’s entertainment area.
Please read our rules and regulations that you will find in each unit when booking in. We require from guests that they respect our Lodge and the other guests.

Our Lodge is Self Catering Accommodation. Please leave the room/cottage in the state you found it.
Occupation after 13:00 on day of arrival, and before 10:00 on day of departure.
Please leave all keys in doors when leaving

Minimum stay - 2 nights. Long weekends 3 nights, Easter weekend 4 nights, and the December holiday period 7 nights.

As there are other guests who need to be considered, no noise is permitted after 23:00.
